Ronnie Magri is an American actor born in Brooklyn, New York. He has always had a love for Cinema and TV and in 2011 started his acting journey, and discovered his passion for the craft. Since that time, Ronnie has worked on many movies and television shows shot in New York, including: The Irishman, John Wick 3, The Get Down, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Orange Is The New Black, Murphy Brown, Broad City, Vinyl, Mozart in the Jungle, Madam Secretary, Blue Bloods, Elementary and more. Since Season 1, Magri has worked regularly on Fox TV’s Gotham, playing one of Gotham's criminal's. On Season 1 of the 1970s themed HBO series The Deuce, Magri worked regularly as one of the shows johns. In the movie Bel Canto (2018), directed by Paul Weltz and staring Academy Award winner Julianna Moore, Ronnie was cast to play one of eighteen male hostages throughout the filming.

Ronnie has been featured in TV shows and movies playing a variety of roles including: news reporter, gambler, parent, assassin, drummer, mobster, Cuban diplomat, hostage, perp, gangster, beatnik and more. His appearance allows him to play both upscale and downscale characters. Ronnie’s versatility allows him to play not only Caucasian roles, but he can also be cast as Latin and European types, and in both vintage and modern roles. He has studied acting at HB Studio in New York with Michael Beckett.

Ronnie is also know as an award winning musician, music producer and DJ. As an accomplished, professional drummer, with an extensive resume in jazz & rock music, Ronnie has recorded and performed with Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees, Little Richard, Ronnie Spector (The Ronettes) & Joey Ramone (The Ramones). Recently, in 2017, Ronnie had three songs from his “Shim Sham Revue” album featured on Broadway, in Noel Coward’s “Present Laughter”, staring Tony & Academy Award winner Kevin Kline.
